All orders placed online are processed within as quickly as possible and generally arrive in 20-30 business days. (Monday-Friday) thereafter. Some smaller packages may ship via USPS and FedEX.
For even faster delivery, Lightco offer express shipment by Next Day or 2nd Day delivery service on most items. Express shipping does not expedite order processing. Express packages will ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Please contact us for further information.
Free shipping is only when order is place for products over $60+will be done.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments Import duties and taxes may be paid during arrival in destination country. This depends by country, Customers are advised to go through this payments before proceeding with placing your order. If in any case a client refuses to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your country, then the product will be sent back the origin under the client’s expenses, and then will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
During dispatch of the parcel, customers will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
If you realize that your order is damaged , if possible, It is your right to reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service as soon as possible. But if the product gets delivered without our awareness and you later on realized any damages, please still contact us at Contact so that Lightco can resolve the issue.
If you cancel order before shipping, then are ready to accept cancellation of order before shipping. But If an order has already been dispatched, please kindly refer to our refund policy.
-All delivery dates are subject to carrier holidays. Our carriers only deliver from Monday – Friday (excluding official holidays). Orders are shipped in as few shipments as possible. For multiple shipments, please contact Customer Service at Contact. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may result in additional charges, in which case, Customer Service will contact you for approval prior to shipping.
